If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your kitchen remains equipped with the best.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused cookware in its original Fissler packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
